Multilayer Carboelast Technology
The heart of the line EsCombinE® is the composite material Carboelast®, an intelligent polymer that reacts dynamically to the patient's load.
During support, Carboelast® increases its strength, providing progressive and customised support.
This structure allows an ideal balance between stability and flexibility, with precise and constant biomechanical control.
Easily thermoformable at 90-100 °C, the material adapts quickly to the footbed morphology and integrates perfectly with the main GILA technical coverings, such as Aramica®, microfibres or EVA.
