Postural Foot Dynamics Course

Postural Foot Dynamics (PFD) methodology

Biomechanical fundamentals and the Postural Foot Dynamics method

The seminar was designed to introduce the methodology Postural Foot Dynamics (PFD), an integrated approach linking calcaneal alignment, foot biomechanics and global posture rebalancing down to the cervical region. The course provided clinical and technical criteria useful for the design of functional and neuroactive insoles, investigating the role of sensorimotor stimuli in postural modulation. Through a systemic reading of the joint chain, participants gained a new key to understanding how the foot can directly influence the balance and function of the entire body.

Practical application and verification of treatment effectiveness

A central element of the seminar was the practical approach, aimed at building a biomechanical-sensomotor footbed according to the principles of the PFD method. The activities included operational exercises, functional tests and postural assessments, allowing the effectiveness of the applied corrections to be verified in real time. The direct comparison between theory, practice and immediate feedback enabled participants to understand the clinical value of the method and its daily applicability. The training course concluded with a CME test, valid for the recognition of training credits.
